Waste foam melt machine
The machine is consisted of screw, barrel, hopper, and die.The
screw can convey and heat the material to melt condition, then
extrude them and hydraulic blade cut them to pieces for easy
storage and transportation.Widely used for waste EPS materials such
as foam snack boxes, cake boxes, foam packaging materials, thermal
insulation materials and foam materials, retina white pollution
garbage and other waste foam products.

1.Twin shaft crushing blades. This machine adopts manual feeding,
the material will be crushed by the twin shaft blades and conveyed.
2.All EPS materials is no need crusher and dry.Both of wet and dry
materials are available. 3.The screw barrels are made of imported
high-strength high-quality carbon structural steel. 4.Adopt
high-pressure friction uninterrupted heating system and automatic
