Detailed specification performance:
1. Power supply: AC 380V, three-phase, 50Hz (China), which can be specified by the customer.
2. The operation panel adopts the graphic operator interface.
3. Electrical circuit control of the whole machine: Siemens microcomputer programmable controller (P.L.C) is adopted.
4. Instruments and switches on the operation panel: touch screen, speed adjustment button, emergency switch, etc.
5. An automatic label feeding mechanism (optional) can be added to automatically suck a label into the coil.
Features of automatic wire coating machine:
1. Use PVC / PE adhesive film, PP braided tape or braided paper for winding and packaging at high speed.
2. Touch screen interface (man-machine interface) is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate.
3. Adopt wire holding arm type, driven by AC motor, and rotate the winding smoothly.
4. Adjust the size of the wire holding arm by means of electric adjustment, which is fast and convenient.
5. PLC microcomputer automatic control system has high stability and can remember 99 groups of different coil packaging specifications. When changing the product specification, you only need to read the memory data and can produce immediately without adjusting the test.
