Introduction
1. Wire drawing system
1.1 Rolling mill:
Use the opposite rotating cam group to thin the copper wire for threading.
1.2 Wire drawing box:
1.2.1 Wire drawing mould:
The wire drawing mold is cylindrical and placed on the side in the mold seat. The mold is composed of four areas:
Inlet area: introduce copper wire and lubricating fluid.
Working area: the area where the copper wire is deformed by tension.
Sizing area: the area where the size of copper wire is maintained.
Exit area: copper wire stress release area, i.e. wire diameter rebound area.
Wire drawing unit:
The molds in the pull box are arranged in series according to the routing direction and line passing position. The molds in each mold seat and the rear adjacent traction wheel (tower wheel) form a pull unit to realize the drawing process.
1.3 Lubrication system:
Function of wire drawing lubricant:
Lubrication: reduce the friction between the copper wire in the working area of the die and the contact surface of the die.
Cooling effect: take away the heat generated by friction and reduce the temperature of die and copper wire.
Cleaning function: wash off the copper chips falling during the deformation of copper wire.
