Main Features
♦ Gears: It is made of 40Cr and undergoes thermal refining. The tooth surface is finely ground with the high frequency technique to achieve above grade 6 precision to the GB standard (IEC), resulting in high operating accuracy and low noise.
♦ Processing: The machine body is formed by monoblock casting, heat treatment to relieve internal stress and boring by a precision boring lathe and features non-deformability, high accuracy and stability.
♦ Driving shaft: It is made of 42CrMo and undergoes thermal refining in order to relieve internal stress and provide good overall mechanical properties. The matching surface is finely ground to ensure core concentricity and perpendicularity.
♦ Capstan: Ceramic ring long life use
