Overview

Tungsten carbide strip is a powdered sintered metallurgical product. It is manufactured in a vacuum or hydrogen reduction furnace, with refractory tungsten material (WC) micron powder as the main component, and cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) or molybdenum (Mo) as the binder. It has many excellent properties, such as high hardness and strength, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and remarkable stability at high temperature (even at 500ºC, it basically does not change, and it still has high hardness at 1000ºC ).
We offer several types of tungsten carbide strip: angled strip, round strip and carbide strip.

Application of Tungsten Carbide Plate:

1. Suitable for producing cast iron rolls and high chromium roll cutters.
2. It is suitable for the production of electronic stamping dies such as discharge plates, stamping dies, and cold stamping dies.
3. Used for stamping dies. It is used to produce high-speed molds for copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cold-rolled sheet, El plate, Q195, SPCC, silicon steel sheet, metal, standard parts, upper and lower punches, etc.
4. The wear resistance of tungsten carbide plate is high, suitable for hardwood, log, aluminum, copper rod, cast iron processing and production of various types of motors, electronic molds, stamping electronic molds.
5. The use of cemented carbide materials is different, and the material properties are inconsistent. When using it, the appropriate cemented carbide plate should be selected according to the use.
