600 Boxes Goods-to-person 360° Miniload Robot System Intelligent Storage System ASRS MHS

System optimization: The system optimization module is an update module that runs continuously. The data knowledge accumulated in the actual system operation process will drive the model to be optimized continuously to ensure the consistency between the model and the actual system.

1 ABB robot Miniload shelf 1 set 1 set of box conveying system	The hardware of the system consists of a 360° rotatable robot, double-layer circular racks, and two mini conveyor lines. The space is 3 meters high and covers an area of 60 square meters. It can accommodate about 600 boxes arranged densely, which effectively saves the work area, and the efficiency per unit area (the efficiency of processing orders per square meter per day) is more than doubled. The robot can rotate 360° and perform three-dimensional operations, which fully improves the picking speed.
WMS and WCS	Not only realizes automatic caching flexibly, but also realizes "goods-to-person" intelligent sorting, and the rate of order outbound is greatly improved.
