◆ When the objective lens is used in laser processing, please expand the diameter of the incident beam to about half of the pupil diameter. When the incident beam is very small, it cannot get very small concentrating spot. In addition, when the laser energy density is too high, it may damage the objective lens.
◆ If the actual thickness of cover glass used is different from the design thickness value, it will also produce corresponding aberration, affecting the convergence effect.
◆ When incident femtosecond laser beam below 100FS, the pulse width may become wider.
◆ Magnification is the value of f=200mm tube lens. Magnification may be different when using tube scopes made by other manufacturers. Firstly, the focal length of the imaging tube lens should be confirmed, and the actual multiplier can be calculated from the proportion of the focal length of the tube lens and the focal length of the objective lens.
