Fabric round knife instructions:

Cut the sample on the rubber tile pad fabric, place the fabric on the sampler disc, pull out the locking device on the sampler, rotate about 90 degrees, hold the corrugated handwheel on the jacket in one hand, and apply certain pressure, then swing the handwheel clockwise (at an Angle greater than 90 degrees), and then circle and cut the sample

After the sampler is used, lock the device immediately and rotate to its original position. The blade should not be exposed to avoid injury to hands and other items.
