Introduction

This pure titanium wire is typically produced by cold drawing process, which involves pulling the wire through a series of dies to reduce its diameter.

1. It is used to manufacture chemical equipment, such as reactors, heaters, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. These devices are often exposed to high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments, so grade 1 titanium wire with good corrosion resistance and high temperature stability are required.
