rolling and pickling surface. Titanium Plate Gr1(UNS R50250) is the
softest titanium and has the highest ductility. It has good cold
forming characteristics and provides excellent corrosion
resistance. It also has excellent welding properties and high
impact toughness. We offer full-size plates or custom cut sizes as
request.

Characteristics of TITANIUM Grade 1 (Commercially Pure) UNS R50250
Commercially Pure Titanium Plate Gr.1 (UNS R50250). Titanium Grade 1 is an unalloyed, low strength
titanium product containing low oxygen with high formability; this
titanium grade is used in airframes, heat exchangers and
desalination units. Commercially Pure Titanium Plate and Plate
Products Combining High Strength and Ductility with Excellent
Corrosion Resistance. It has a minimum guaranteed yield strength of
240 MPa. Its corrosion resistance is equal to the other
commercially pure plate grades.
