ASTM B265 Heavy Titanium Plate Gr12 Hot Rolling for Chemcial Processing
We are factory supplier of heavy titanium plates in Grade 12
titanium material. The max. width could reach to 3,190 mm, and the
max. length could reach to 6,300 mm. We stock a large inventory of
gr12 titanium thick plates in thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm/14mm/25mm.
Titanium alloy plate Grade 12 has outstanding corrosion resistance
and a combination of high strength and low density, with good
ductility. Small additions of nickel and molybdenum have been made
to this alloy resulting increase in corrosion resistance and high
strength.
Grade 12 heavy titanium alloy plates are in widely applied in the
chemical industries, petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, large
nuclear power plant, large bridge construction, offshore oil
drilling platforms industries and so on.

Titanium alloy grade 12 is a high corrosion resistant alloy
containing small additions of nickel and molybdenum, which enhance
corrosion resistance and increase the strength of the alloy to give
better mechanical properties than the commercially pure grade 2. It
is used in mildly reducing or fluctuating conditions. In
particular, it is used instead of the commercial purity grade 2 for
better resistance to crevice corrosion in hot brines, and where the
extra strength allows the use of lighter sections. In chemical
processing, where titanium alloy grade 12 is used for reactor
autoclaves, piping and fittings, valves, heat exchanges and
condensers.
