[INTENDED USE]
The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test device is a lateral flow
chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of the
nucleocapsid(N) protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal
swab, oropharyngeal swab. It provides an aid in the diagnosis
ofinfection with 2019-nCOV.
[INSTRUCTION]
- Open the aluminum foil bag of the test cassette, take out the test cassette, place it on a clean platform.
- Tear the sealing from the top of the extraction tube, screw on the saliva funnel.
- Make a [Kuuua] sound in the throat to clear saliva from the throat.
- Spit out the saliva to the extraction tube with extraction buffer through the saliva funnel. Make sure the liquid level reach the “Min Line” (the liquid level is doubled after adding saliva).
- Screw off the saliva funnel, cover the dropper tip, squeeze10-15 times to mix well.
- Wait for 1 minute, drop 3 drops of the solution into the sample hole.
- Set the timer for 15 minutes. Result should be read at 15~20 minutes in a well lighted area.
- After the test is completed, place all the components into the waste bag (supplied). Dispose according to local regulation. Wash your hands after test.
