Product Introduction:

Pneumatic rubber fender is also known as Yokohama type fender. It's a leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world today. Pneumatic rubber fenders have become an ideal ship protection medium against collision among ship-to-ship (STS), ship to quay (STQ) and ship-to-berthing (STB), they are widely used for large tankers, vessels, docks, harbor wharfs and ocean platforms.

Pneumatic rubber fender is manufacturered and tested fully compliant with ISO 17357: 2014,

Pneumatic rubber fenders consist of outer rubber layer, reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and inner rubber layer.
● The out rubber are used to protect the cord layers and inner rubber from abrasion and other external forces. This rubber compound have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstand anticipated weather conditions and severe usage.
● The reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layers to maintain the internal air pressure of the fender.
● The inner rubber layer seals the pressurized air inside the fender.
