Automatic Asphalt Marshall Compactor Machine For Stability Testing

The instrument is designed and made as per T0702-2000 “Bituminous Mixtures Sample Making Method ( Compaction Method ) ” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTJ 052-2000 “Highway Engineering Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures Test Code ”.The samples of instrument is suitable to meet the requirements of standard T0709 “Bituminous Mixtures Marshall Stability Test” in JTJ 052 test code . It is the specified device for molding samples in the bituminous mixtures Marshall test .

I.Main technical characteristics:

1.The instrument adopts floor type structure ,and it is made of two parts that is mechanical transmission and control box .The mechanical transmission device drive for electric motor ,reduction motor and chain .

2.Circuit control adopts single microprocessor control ,and it can preset counter.The count value can be choose from 0 to 999 readily .The compaction times can be set in advance that automatic compact ,automatic stop ,automatic cut off power supply and close electric motor ,to ensure that stopped at the convenient hammer lifting loading and unloading position .

3.The instrument is suitable to compact Φ 101.6mm*63.5mm sample .

Features:

1. The instrument is a floor-standing structure consisting of two parts: mechanical transmission and instrument control box. The mechanical transmission mechanism is motor, reducer and chain drive.

2. The circuit control adopts single-chip microprocessor control, and the counter can be preset. The count value can be arbitrarily selected from 0 to 999. It can be automatically compacted according to the preset number of times of compaction, automatically stopped, and the power is automatically cut off. Turning off the motor ensures that it is parked in a position where it is easy to handle the hammer.
