Introduction to Main Structure:
The main engine adopts horizontal frame structure, the cylinder
stroke is 2000mm, the maximum test space is 9000mm. The two beams,
the fixed beam and the thrust beam with drawing fixture are made of
steel plate. The trusses are welded by thick steel plates and
machined on horizontal machining centers. All auxiliary tools are
finished by heat treatment of alloy steel. The overall design
bearing capacity of the frame structure is 5000kN, which ensures
the accuracy, stability and reliability of the testing machine.
The tension test space is adjusted by moving the remote beam back
and forth. For electric remote control, the beam movement can be
controlled by close micromotion to make the positioning more
accurate. At the same time, there is no need for manual push, which
is fast and labor-saving. The ends of the bolts are vertically
inserted into the guide rail and the remote beam by manual
assistance. The bolt operation realizes the beam positioning and
completes the space adjustment of the testing machine. The 500mm
step adjustment is very convenient.
The main machine adopts high precision load sensor, which has high
comprehensive accuracy, high sensitivity and good repeatability.
After random calibration, the test is not affected by external
forces, which can ensure the accuracy of the test process and
parameters. The calibration is simple and convenient.
