Automatic PLC Controlled Plastic PP PET Band Strap Making Winder
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The series of strap winder for extrusion speeds up to 180m/min (590.55fpm) have one spindle per machine. The machines have reinforced dancer arms for winding tensions. The inclinometer fixed to reinforced dancer arm transforms the physical location signals of the dancer arm into electric signals and sends to the programmable logic controller (PLC). After data operation, PLC controls the running speed of the winding motor, driving the paper drum fixed around the winding axis to wind the straps evenly with constant tension.
The straps thread through the traversing unit. Traversing motor runs proportionally to the winding motor. So the straps are evenly wound around the cylindrical tubes.
A meter recording encoder is connected to the traction motor. It reports the linear speed and the length which has been wound already to PLC, and the PLC will display the linear speed and the length on the screen. Users can know well about the equipment operation condition currently.

change of gears ratio for laying of different strap size. The
advanced PLC control winder capable for parameter management enable
winding of different
strap sizes by simple input of strap specs.
Optionally with interchangeable mandrel and traverse guide, each
unit is capable for winding of various strap gauge and every kind
of bobbin core which ultimately giving an overall flexibility of
the winder unit.
