Structure and working principle of concrete pump:
concrete pump is mainly consists of concrete pumping system,
hydraulic electromagnetic commutation mechanism, PLC integrated
electrical automatic control system, discrete system, lubrication
system, hopper, pump frame and so on (see Fig. 1 for details). PLC
controller and inductance proximity switch are used to control
hydraulic components such as electromagnetic commutation valve, oil
cylinder and swing cylinder. Finally, the S-tube swing valve is
opened and closed regularly with the pumping system such as piston
and material cylinder, so as to continuously suck and discharge
slurry.
Concrete pump parking process:
First of all, the concrete pump must be parked on flat, solid
ground, absolutely not on soft ground, in order to avoid the
inclination in the process of work. Start the main motor for a
short time operation, and observe whether the pressure gauge is
normal. According to the length of the pipeline, before starting
the construction work, we must first pump the water into the
pipeline through the pendulum valve to lubricate the pipe wall.
Then mortar, and finally concrete, work begins, and often run the
test pump empty, with clear water pumping to confirm the smooth
pipeline.
