How to judge the quality of playground cable tie ?

Cable tie ,also called zip tie ,is used to fasten tight of the foam cover attached on the steel pipe .When installation ,some of engineer will find some type of cable tie easily broken ,Then,what type of cable tie is the good one ,how to judge it ?

First ,about the length of the cable tie ,Normally it should be used 350mm or 400 mm length of cable tie ,some not enough longer ,it will cause the installation will be more harder ,It should be longer part wrapped on the soft padding ,and then cut the extra longer part .

Second ,The width is an important criterion for playground cable tie ,it should be reaching 8mm width at least .In this way ,The cable tie will come with more strength when pull tight from one end to another .

Third ,The material should be used nylon PA66 ,which can hold high temperature with 85℃ ,cold weather with -35℃ .This type of material is not easily to be broken .
