400G PAM4 Active Module Performance Evaluation Test Board In QSFPDD Package
The U9608 Test board is a test device with a variety of advanced functions. Here are some of the key features of the U9608 test board:
1.Package interface: It adopts QSFPDD package interface, especially
suitable for QSFPDD 400G PAM4 optical module.
2.Baud rate support: The U9608 test board supports PAM4 baud rates
ranging from 25GBd to 28GBd.
3.Electrical interface type: For the electrical interface of TX and
RX, it uses a 40GHz 2x8 multi-coaxial connector and uses CML levels
for input and output.
4.Current and voltage monitoring: The test board supports real-time
current monitoring and overcurrent protection. In addition, it
supports the pull test of the supply voltage, and the voltage range
can be adjusted from 2.8V to 4.0V. This means that it can meet the
minimum 3.0V and maximum 3.6V voltage pressure tests of module
pull. At the same time, it also has a voltage real-time monitoring
function, the default output is 3.3V, and the output voltage is
adjusted in real time according to the current of the current
module, to ensure that under different loads, the stable change
range of the supply voltage is within 10mV.
5.Temperature adaptability: The U9608 test board supports
applications at industrial-grade temperatures, demonstrating its
excellent environmental adaptability.
6.MCU and communication: The MCU I2C rate on the test board is
about 100KHz. The data is transferred to the EEPROM information of
the I2C read/write module through the MCU. The communication mode
uses USB HID, no driver is required, and I2C data can be directly
read and written to the module and MCU through DLL API.
