5.0" TFT 720x1280, TFT LCD 5.0 inch Description

SF-TC500I-8725B-N TFT LCD module is a 5” inch diagonal size portrait mode HD 720x1280 IPS free viewing angle full color display. SF-TC500I-8725B-N has another version which is Capacitive touch screen, model number is SF-TC500I-8725B-CT. It is optional to be with or without PCAP. This module supports MIPI Interface. SF-TC500I-8725B-N model is having module dimension of 66.10(W) x 120.40(L) x 2.16(T) mm and active area size of 62.10 x 110.40 mm.

SF-TC500I-8725B-N is integrated with ILI9881C controller on module, and its operating voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V. typical value is 2.8V.

The surface luminance is 300 cd/m2 (Nits). If you would like to use it as landscape mode or adjust the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support. The model has been widely used in home automation, house appliance, embedded systems, GPS, medical equipment, industrial device, security equipment which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful image.
