PSA oxygen production system is mainly composed of air compressor, filter, air dryer, air dryer (optional), air buffer tank, oxygen generator, oxygen buffer tank, etc. After removing dust particles through the suction filter, the raw air is pressurized to 0.5Mpa by the air compressor. First, the filter removes a small amount of oil moisture entrained by the compressed air when the air compressor is just turned on, and then it is condensed by the air dryer. Water is removed through deep water removal by an air dryer (optional), and then enters an adsorber of the oxygen generator. The adsorber is filled with adsorbent, and nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve in the adsorber. Oxygen is a non-adsorbed component and is discharged from the outlet at the top of the adsorber as a product gas to the oxygen buffer tank, and then sent to the subsequent oxygen-using equipment for use.
