CCS, BV, ABS Approved Marine Packaged Containerized Mobile FI-FI System

The packaged containerized FI-FI system is a standard FIFI set designed as a mobile FiFi set. We have 600m³/h, 1200m³/h and 1800m³/h three different capacity models available. Each unit is installed with one unit diesel engine driven fifi pump set and one unit remote control fifi water monitor. The diesel engine is mechanical diesel engine from Cummins Made In China. It is especially good because the mechanical engine continues to run if there is an electrical failure in salt laden sea water environments. And the fifi monitor is SS316L which is good in sea water corrosion resistant.
Containerized type fire fighting system is putting the diesel engine pump set, fire monitor and control system etc together in one sturdy stainless steel frame. Therefore it can be transported either by forklift or using the corner hoists points. It is also equipped with a simple relay control panel which completes the containerized fifi system, making it a real workhorse among external FiFi sets. With the innovative feature making an excellent NPSH, the suction height of the fifi water pump can be 5.0m without priming pumps, suction line check valves and submersible pumps.
This system consists of a V-belt driven vacuum pump which will prime the pump in approx. 60 seconds with engine at idle speed and the vacuum pump witches off when the fifi water pump pressurizes and the movable fifi set is ready to operation. It is fitted with a remote operated fifi water monitor (electrical motor or hydraulic motor driven) which can rotate 360^o horizontal and vary between a long range main jet or a water spray pattern. In additional, there are 5*DN150 fire hose connections.
The FI-FI system is including following core components:
1. Fire pump ( It can be driven by independent diesel engine, for above 2400m3/h, we recommend to drive by main engine to save space)

10. 360^o horizontal rotation with limited switch for remote fifi water monitors.
