The Gonorrhea and Chlamydia Combo Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid
chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of
Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis in female cervical
swab and male urethral swab specimens to aid in the diagnosis of
Gonorrhea and Chlamydia infection.
Chlamydia
Chlamydia infections, caused by the bacterium Chlamydia
trachomatis, are very common. It can be treated with antibiotics.
Despite being easy to treat, the prevalence of chlamydia is high
because most people with an infection have no symptoms and do not
seek treatment, according to the CDC.
Gonorrhea
Caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae, gonorrhea is a
