The Modified atmosphere packaging machine can be used for fresh-keeping packing of different types of fresh and cooked food. The type and mixing proportion of fresh keeping gas are different for different types if foods according to the characteristics of different foods. Therefore, the packing equipment needs to adapt to adjusting of different gases and gas proportion.

We have tested each machine before shipment and accumulated a lot of rich experience,The experiment results indicate that the system accuracy of gases blending proportion is 1.28%, the gas replacement rate is 99.5%,The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas is less than 2%.

5. The mould can be changed by a single person for multiple different trays packing.

6. Gas Mixer or Only Netrogen Filling is avaiable, the gas replacement rate: >98%.

7. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own home made Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.
