Our MAP machine series is a modified atmosphere packaging machines which offering a wide range of machines to meet customer's demands, to assist in extending shelf life and maintaining food quality. Through a certain proportion of mixed gas of O₂+ CO₂ + N₂, N₂ +CO₂ and O₂+CO₂ is added into the packaging to prevent or decline the food spoilage.

The whole machines are all 304 stainless steel for easy sanitation in wash down environments. The easy open frame allows access to check, adjust, and repair all parts of the machine. You’ll find that our YiTeng solutions can minimize your headaches and downtime while maximizing your productivity and output.

Several options with different features can be added to the machines to fulfill any packaging demand.

1. Applies “Vacuum – Gas Filling” technology. Vacuum the chamber first, then fill in gas, much better than the old-fashion gas flushing method.

2. Safety: Equipped with emergency stop; Alarm; Open-phase protector; anti-phase protector, before operation the machine again, need to screw out the evergency stop in advance.

3.Touch screen display with PLC control system provides a user-friendly interface.

4.Quick change mold design allow for one machine to seal various sized container for improved efficiency

5.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing

6.Using famous domestic and foreign electrical appliances and components,a coding machine can be installed according to customer’s demand.
