This type low floor wagon is mainly composed of chassis, bogie, floor, air brake system, hand brake system, coupler buffer. The flat wagon chassis and the bogies are connected by center plate. The under frame of the vehicle is an all steel welded structure, which is composed of center beam, side beam, end beam and cross beam. Three groups of railings and skirting plates are set on the under frame. The middle beam is made by cap section steel, the side beam is made by No.20 channel steel, and the floor adopts 5mm checkered steel plate, which is solid, flat, beautiful and anti-skid. The under frame’s structural strength, vertical stiffness and impact strength comply with TB / T1335 and TB / T2369.
