Lithium Battery Extrusion Needle Punch All-In-One Machine
Introduction:
1. For cylindrical batteries, the longitudinal axis of the extruded
battery should be parallel to the two plates of the extrusion
device
2. For square and pouch batteries, only the wide surface of the
battery is extruded
3. For coin-type or button batteries, the upper and lower planes of
the batteryare squeezed parallel to the flat plate. The acupuncture
test should be carriedout in an environment of 20 "C + 5C, the
battery is placed flat on the fixture, andthe non-corrosive steel
needle with a diameter of 3-8mm is inserted into thecenter position
of the battery surface at a speed of 10mm/s-40mm/s, and thetest
results are observed at any time, and the battery does not explode
anddoes not fire as qualified. The battery extrusion testing
machine adheres to GB31241-2014 and other standards
