Functional description:
The ten channel prismatic battery sorting machine is an automatic
sorting device suitable for square shell batteries. This device is
compatible with multiple cell sorting options. The device achieves
internal pressure and resistance testing of square shell cells
through an internal resistance tester. The parameters of each cell
are tested according to the upper computer software settings, and
different levels of batteries are moved to different channels
according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting
of battery products (the device has a scanning data storage
function). The equipment is composed of a feeding mechanism, a code
scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting
mechanism, etc. According to user requirements, the upper computer
software is designed and developed. According to the group
information, the battery cells are automatically sorted and
collected into their corresponding feeders. The operation is
simple, the sorting is accurate, and the efficiency is high.

Overview of work steps:
The ten channel prismatic sorting machine consists of a feeding
mechanism, a scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic
sorting and receiving mechanism, etc. Firstly, manually place the
entire battery at the feeding assembly line. The feeding assembly
line will send the batteries one by one to the scanning area for
scanning and binding, and then go to the testing area for data
testing. The scanning data will be bound with the QR code. After
the testing is completed, the sorting machine will use a robotic
arm to put cells of different voltages into the sorting assembly
line and flow them into the corresponding gear receiving bin. This
cycle of work will continue.
