Battery Comprehensive Tester
Finished battery comprehensive test equipment is a device for
quickly and accurately testing the performance of finished
batteries. The main test items include: open circuit voltage, AC
internal resistance, discharge test, discharge overcurrent test,
short circuit protection test, charging test, charging protection
test. The system uses a 32-bit ARM processor, and a 16-bit AD
converter for voltage and current. Compared with similar equipment,
the test speed is faster, the test accuracy is higher, and it
supports simultaneous operation of multiple devices. It is widely
used in the production of power battery packs such as automotive
electronics, aerospace, ships, solar energy storage, electric
bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power batteries,
communication power supplies, and scientific research experiments.
Battery Comprehensive Tester Functions
1. Open circuit voltage: test the voltage at the positive and
negative ends of the open circuit of the battery
2. AC internal resistance: test the resistance at both ends of the
battery discharge circuit
3. Discharge test: test the continuous load capacity of the
battery, let the battery continue to discharge for a certain period
of time, and test the voltage drop
4. Discharge overcurrent test: test the battery high current
discharge protection function, the battery high current discharge
triggers the discharge overcurrent protection function of the
battery protection board
5. Short circuit protection: test battery positive and negative
short circuit battery cut off 5. Protection time (microsecond
level)
6. Charging test: test the continuous charging function of the
battery, and test whether the charging performance of the battery
is good
7. Charging overcurrent test: test the battery high current
charging protection function, the battery high current charging
triggers the charging current protection function of the battery
protection board
8. Resistance R1/R2 test: test the specific resistance on the
battery, such as NTCID resistance, etc.
