Electrode installation steps
1. Loosen the spot welding electrode locking screw, remove the used
spot welding electrode, polish the spot welding electrode with
sandpaper to make it shiny, and install the spot welding electrode.
2. Hold up the two spot welding electrodes horizontally with the
backing plate, make the two spot welding electrodes at the same
height, tighten the spot welding electrode locking screw, and fix
the spot welding electrode firmly.
3. Adjust the height of the spot welding electrode, loosen the
bottom plate fixing screws, adjust the distance between the spot
welding electrode and the battery cell to 2-3mm according to the
specifications of the spot welding cell, and then tighten the
bottom plate fixing screw to fix the bottom plate.

sheets, coated steel strips and other materials in battery
production. In the production of nickel-metal hydride batteries,
nickel-cadmium batteries, polymer batteries, lithium batteries and
other batteries, spot welding connection pieces, cells, and
lead-out pieces.
