Product Description
The BCDS series aging cabinet is mainly used for the charge and
discharge cycle test of the finished lithium battery. The test
items include: battery charge protection voltage, discharge
protection voltage, capacity, etc.; the equipment has 4 test steps
of charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling By editing the
corresponding steps, the battery can be tested according to the set
process.

Charge and discharge interface: fully meet the requirements of the
same port and separate port for charging and discharging the

Serial port connection mode: If the instrument is single or less

network connection mode can be used. The PC computer only
needs to provide a network port to control less than 60
instruments.
Control system: The software system of the aging instrument adopts
the classic and mature C/S mode, and the communication mode is
serial port and network.
Management software: Based on Windows operating system, using SQL
database to store test data, which greatly facilitates the
staff to query and export data online. According to the battery bar
code, time, and device number, you can view the charge and
discharge aging curve, and you can also export the curve.
