Description
The Battery Pack Charge and Discharge Aging Machine is mainly used
for the charge and discharge cycle test of the finished lithium
battery.
The test items include: battery charge protection voltage,
discharge protection voltage, battery capacity, etc.; the equipment
has 4 test steps of charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling.
You can make the battery test in accordance with the set process.
The test functions are:

Structure

Explosion-proof cabinet
Explosion-proof cabinet for storing batteries.
The cabinet is explosion-proof, it will keep safty during testing.
Computer software
The charge and discharge aging machine can connect to computer via
Serial port or Net.
Computer software is multi-fuctional, can set the parameters of
testing, test steps, record test data, and output test data to
Excel, TXT.

Our project
India project
This project is localed in Inda, Gurgaon. The client was founded in
1994, have more than 400 staffs and 10000+ square factory.
They bought 2 full of battery pack assembly line from us, includes
sorting machine, welding machine, sticking machine, charge and
discharge machine…
We have sent 3 engineers to client site for machine installation
and training in year of 2019. The training taked about one week.
After the training, the client engineers are learned how to
operation the machines in a smooth and high efficiency way. They
made high-quality products by our machines.
We had a nice journey in India.
