1. Description:


Dry spinning method: dissolve the polymer in DMF or DMA, and then add some chloride (into LiCL) as auxilaries to get the spinning stock. After spinning by spinneret, filament or staple fiber can be prepared by washing with water for many times and drawing 4~5 times at 300 ℃ because of the large amount of inorganic salts on the surface of the primary fiber.

Wet spinning method: DMF is also used as the solvent to dissolve the polymer to prepare the spinning stock. After spinneret spinning, the raw silk enters the solidification liquid containing DMF and CaCL2 to obtain the primary fiber, and then is stretched 2.73 times in hot water and dried by hot roller. After stretching 1.45 times on the hot plate, the product is obtained, and the finished product is mainly short fiber.
