BN-8052 McNett Type Fiber Classifier is measuring the weight average fiber length of pulp fiber by sieving method. Used to measure the proportion of fiber in different lengths of pulp, master the length of fiber in the slurry distribution.

Test standards:

The machine conforms to the screening method specified in GB / T 2678.1-1993, also meets the screening method specified in TAPPI T233cm-95 and meets the requirements of Scandinavian SCAN M6 (10g sample, flow 15min, flow rate 10L / min) experimental method.

Test principle:

The pulp suspension is filled into a sieve, and the sieves are filled with sieve mesh and the containers are ladder. When the pulp suspension flows from one container to another, the pulp of different fiber length is retained on different sieves. The length of the fiber remaining in the pulp is the same as the size of the mesh of the sieve plate. In a certain flow rate, the screening after a certain time.
