BN-8627 Corrugated Crush Test Concora Medium Fluter CMT CCT Test

This BN-8627 Concora medium fluter is used for sample preparation for concora medium test (CMT) and corrugated crush test (CCT). It is specially used for making standard corrugating samples which used to determinate of flat crush strength of corrugated paper when pressed standard waveform. It’s an indispensable instrument for judging the quality and performace of corrugated fibreboard and corrugated boxes in the packaging industry.

Test Standards:

Principle:

Standard samples of 150 to 160 x 12.7 mm ± 0.1 mm are prepared and having prefixed theworking temperature in the Grooving Machine to 177 ºC between the corrugating discs, thesample is introduced through the upper inlet in the vertical model and front in the horizontalmodel, and after forming the corrugated sample is collected carefully, so as not to transfer moisture with your hands.

3.Digital display of actual temperature and set temperature, with over temperature protection device, automatic memory of set parameters after power failure, with parameter self-tuning function.

4.The precision machined copper gear has large heat capacity, good heat transfer and wear resistance. The standard button is sensitive and durable, and the automatic corrugated base paper is corrugated.
