Brief Introduction:

Vacuum emulsifying mixer machine consist of Water and Oil pot, Main emulsifying tank, Vacuum system, Tilting discharge system, Hydraulic lifting system, Mixing system, Homogenizer system and Heating/Cooling system. All those functions work together to produce batches of good cosmetics products.

Working Method:

1. Stirring scrap and middle stirring rotating the opposite direction make the mixing more equally.

2. Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable sealing (the mechanical seal adopt Germany Bergman product), and the emulsifying rotation speed can reach 0-3500 rpm (Taiwan’s teco frequency debugger), and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5μm .

3. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum material sucking can avoid dust, especially for powder products.

4. The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 4200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5 μm.

5. The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
