1. The 6-10KV high-voltage asynchronous starting permanent magnet
synchronous motor is developed and designed according to the
technical conditions, development and design of the JB/T 12681-2016
TYCKK series (IP44) high-efficiency high-voltage permanent magnet
synchronous motor.
2. Adopt high-performance "Magnetic King" rare earth permanent
magnet material, establish an air gap magnetic field, convert
electrical energy into mechanical power output, and drive
industrial loads;
3. Due to the use of rare earth high-function permanent magnet
materials, the establishment of a working air gap magnetic field,
and the need to draw reactive excitation current from the power
supply, its power factor is above 0.96, and the efficiency is
generally 2%-8% higher than that of the Y series motor, especially
the efficiency With the increase of the load, it will increase
rapidly, maintain high-efficiency operation within a wide load
range of 25%-120%, and enter the national recommended catalog of
high-efficiency and energy-saving motors.
4. The asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor
adopts the design technology of "indiscriminate replacement" with
the Y series motor. The product corresponds to the voltage level
and installation size of the Y series motor, and can realize "no
difference" replacement; under rated voltage and rated frequency,
it has self-starting ability, synchronous operation, and no slip.
5. In addition to the excellent high-efficiency, energy-saving and
economical operation characteristics of the high-voltage and
high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, the high power factor
enables the motor to operate under the same load conditions.
