parameter description

(6) The standard temperature measuring points of the motor are
configured as:
1. Stator winding temperature measuring element pt100, 2 for each
phase, 6 in total;

bearing each,

The ventilation and cooling method of this series of motors can be
selected by the user. It can be made into open type natural
ventilation cooling, the cooling method is IC01, and it can also be
made into a fully enclosed duct ventilation and cooling method, the
cooling method is IC21; it is also closed air-water cooling, and
the cooling method is IC86W , IPOO, IP23, IP44 or IP54. The motor
is composed of stator, rotor, bearing, collector ring (slip ring)
and other components. It can be made into a box type or a
traditional round frame with a base plate structure. .
The stator core is made of low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel
sheets superimposed and pressed, and the core section has radial
ventilation ditch to improve the cooling cycle inside the motor.
The stator winding adopts the formed double-stacked short-distance
coil to improve the magnetic potential harmonic, and adopts the
frequency conversion anti-electric insulating material and
structure, and the ends are reliably fixed and bound. , and adopts
the vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI),
so that the stator wire diagram and the iron core become a solid
whole, which has the characteristics of excellent and reliable
insulation performance, high mechanical strength and strong
moisture resistance.
The rotor winding is made of magnetic grade coils with heat
dissipation turns. Each magnetic pole wire is welded and formed by
flat copper wire. The connection with the rotating shaft adopts
dove tail or T tail. Fully damped windings are used.
Sliding bearings are used, usually end cap bearings, and seat type
bearings can be used. No matter what kind of structure, it has
spherical self-aligning function. The sliding bearing structure
adopts insulating bearings, and there is a grounding brush at the
shaft extension end. The motor usually cannot bear the external
axial force, and the allowable axial momentum is ±0.5-±2rnm, and
the end cover type rolling bearing structure can be used.
Excitation mode of this series: generally static thyristor
excitation device, other types of excitation devices are allowed.
