GCE says, we can make 8 strings of cells, 12S ,13S...23S, 24S, any
of them as a basic module, you many install a mosfet bms(lowvolatge
bms or Xs bms) into the basic battery module(20Kwh maximum) as an
independent system,I guess you're all too familiar withit. Now, i
want you to make each all same modules in series to get 200kwh or
more. You will quickly think of making all modules inparallel,
right? but this is not a good solution. It's neither efficient nor
perfect. Please discard it to the Pacific Ocean.
GCE has R&D high voltage bms for nearly 10years, we have
3-level structure of BMS with perfect solution for basic battery
modulesin series and parallel to make 100kwh to 1Gwh or more.
please refer to the picture, we install BMU(slave bms) into the
basic battery modules, each module is connected in cascade by
Isolated CAN bus wire harness till to RBMS(rack bms /master
bms).BMU collecting voltage, and temperature from each cell of
modules. The voltage balance between battery modules can be
achieved by starting the fan or balancing the resistance. We can
set the ID number of each RBMs through the dial switch, and make
each RBMS in parallel by network cable. We use Stack BMS collecting
all information from each RBMS. GCE has rich interface reservation
and is very friendly to the access of external systems. The core
technology of GCE is to ensure stable, efficient and reliable
system communication.
