1) Layer cage is also called battery cage or poultry cage, it is
made of galvanized steel wire, it can be cold galvanized(also
called electric galvanized) or hot deep galvanized, to ensure the
cages has a ability to anti rust and anti corrosion under the humid
and rainy climate

Production process of a layer battery cage
1) Raw material is black wire, first straight wire machine
straighten the bending wire, according to different cage mesh
requirements cut into different length, then welding and cutting
automatically
After cage mesh finish,cutting machine remove burrs
2) Front mesh and bottom mesh are formed by bending machine at one
time
3) Parting mesh and door is finished by workers and welding machine
4) After all mesh is ready,then will do hot galvanized or cold
galvanized
5) Cage frame is cutting 6m length angle bar into different length
according to cage frame length, then do hot or cold galvanized
