The fully automatic bevel straight edge banding machine pulverizes and saw the bevel edge outside the reserved straight edge; adopts the principle of gluing the straight edge and the bevel edge at the same time to achieve the ideal gluing effect. The edges are pressed together; the parts to be bonded are formed by slotting the sidebands, so that the edges and corners of the surface after edge sealing are clear; it has a hot air auxiliary unit, which softens the sidebands and heats the rubber surface for the second time. Make the effect more solid; the machine also has the functions of finishing, polishing, end-to-end, and glue removal, which can achieve the ideal beveled edge sealing effect at one time. Mainly produces panel furniture workpieces. Suitable for ecological panels, paint-free panels, MDF, plywood (plywood). Various types of rolled edge banding tapes can be used, including edge banding materials such as PVC/ABS/acrylic (straight edge sealing).
A separate gluing system is used for the straight edge and the beveled edge to ensure the stability of the edge sealing effect of various special-shaped plates (the straight edge is glued for the board, and the part of the beveled edge is glued to the tape). The two functions can be switched on the control surface. Quick switch, simple and convenient operation, improve production efficiency and improve product quality.
