一,Auto Feeder department

1. The machine clutch:

1) The machine clutch electric control with alarm, moving last warning bell ring, Ensure workers safety.

2) Pneumatic interlocking device,Lock firmly, convenient and accurate.

3) The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, frequency conversion controller, energy saving, stable starting, attached to the motor start protection device.

4) Main engine self-locking function: the unit didn't completely locking state, the main engine cannot be started, ensure the safety of the operator and machine; Host under normal working condition, the on-off function is automatically locked, avoid the wrong operation of the machine and personnel injury.

2. Lead Feeder paper system:

1) The suction assist feeder paper, draught fan 7.5 kw, different levels can be bent according to the board, air volume adjustment, ensure bent cardboard and thin and min cardboard feeding smoothly.

2) Lift paperboard,drop paperboard adopt cylinder push, move quick and powerful.

3) Feeder wheel is from Taiwan MaxDura brand, Durable Wear Resistant.

4) Skip feeding paper device,( can choose according to need continuous or skip feeder paper).To ensure a large cardboard can also processing.

5) Install 7 inch touch screen, which can be displayed automatically production quantity, production speed, can be set production quantity.

6) Side baffle and front baffle is electric synchronous adjustment,back baffle box is electric adjustment.

3. Feeder paper roller:

1) Up roller Outer diameter: ɸ 136 mm.

2) 45 # seamless steel tube, parcel wear-resisting rubber, and do dynamic balance correction.

3) Down roller,external diameter ɸ 126 mm, embossing and hard chromium plating , and do dynamic balance correction .

4) Feeder Paper roller gap dial manual adjustment, adjustment range 0-16mm .

5) The front feed rubber roll (elastic rubber roll) pressure adjustment, can reduce the strength of corrugated cardboard damage.

二,Printing department:(Optional 1-6color printing unit)

1. Printing roller:

1) The outer diameter :288mm, (including the plate of the outer diameter is:ɸ 300mm).

2) The steel tube surface grinding , hard chrome plating.Roll horizontal direction and circumferential direction have its benchmark scribed line, convenient to Installation the printing plate .

3) Computer dynamic balancing correction,smooth operation.

三, Die cutting unit(with slotting attachment )

1. The roller is good quality steel and is chromed with dynamic balance , it can increase the running steady and reliable.

2. The cutter mold roller and cushion roller gap adjusts manual adjustment.

3. The cutter mold roller adopts planet gear structure , high precision and bearing power , no matter it stops or runs , it can adjust with electric 360 degrees adjustment.

4. When stop feeding paper , the two rollers will be separate and decrease the rubber roller attrition.

5. The linear speed compensating device , when the cushion roller diameter changes , the linear speed will compensate automatically , no need worker to adjust speed and guarantee each batch carton box size is the same and prolong the cushion and cutter life.

四, Stacking unit:

1. Catch paper arm can be manual or automatic operation, has insurance mechanism, prevent paper arm suddenly whereabouts, ensure the safety of operating.

2. Bed table lifting and down force, the chain drive.

3. Stack height is 1800 mm.

4. Bed table with cardboard stacking automatically adjust tilt height, lifting motor, with brake function. Bed Table can maintain a fixed position, not falling.

5. Vapour-pressure type Lift the paper mechanism ,when cardboard stack to a predetermined height, catch paper pallet automatically open, the support hold up the cardboard.

6. Planar wrinkles belt , prevent the cardboard down glide .

7. Use vibrator to remove cardboard waste.To achieve the waste and cardboard separation clean.

8. Conveying cardboard with PU round belt.

9. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the speed of die-cutting machine.
