1. If possible to get a free sample from your?
Yes, we will provide the sample if have enough in sample room.
We will charge a little logo mold fee if need to add your private logo on the outer case.
2. Can I get the sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality and also help our customer adapt to market trends.
Mix samples are accepted.
3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
Sample will be shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex, it usually takes 3 to 5 days.
And mass production will be shipped by the ocean shipping/sea transportation, usually takes 20 to 35 days
to arrive.
4.How about the shippment?
For small quantity,we suggest use express(such as Fedex,TNT,DHL,UPS). It could be freight collect or prepaid. For mass goods,our shippment could be by sea or by air,both OK for us.We can do FOB,CIF,DDP.
5.What's the payment iterm?
