Ring die wood pellet mill is a pelletizing equipment for the production of wood pellets, also known as wood pellet making machine ,sawdust pellet mill machine etc. and is a kind of biomass new energy equipment.

The main technical parameter :

The raw material comes into the pelletizing chamber , meanwhile the ring die is rotating and driving the rolller shell ,under the action of moving ,the raw material enters to the hole of ring die and pressed by roller shell into the pellet and then cutted by the scrap .

1. The host box is made of cast iron. The box body is thick and durable without deformation; the gear shaft of the internal transmission parts and the large gear are hobbed by imported CNC gear hobbing machine, the gear is ground by imported CNC gear grinding machine after high frequency quenching, and the gear shaft is carburized and quenched by imported CNC gear grinding machine for grinding and meshing. Excellent precision, high transmission efficiency, low energy loss and low noise.

2. The main drive adopts high-precision gear drive, and the ring die adopts the quick-release hoop type, and the output is about 20% higher than that of the belt drive type.
