Equipment Overview

Application: It simulates the influence of early-stage flame when there is a fire around the electric and electronic products, so that to judge the igniting danger degree. It is mainly used to check the relative combustion characteristic in the Horizontal, vertical flammability test of plastic and other non-metallic material sample, solid material, and foam plastics whose density is no-less than 250kg/m according to ISO845 test method.

Test Principle: By controlling the gas flow and the flame application time, the equivalent heat value of the flame applied to the sample can be controlled to simulate and evaluate the fire hazard degree.

Structure: This series of flammability test chambers use integral air intake automatic ignition system, the combustion delay is only 0.1 seconds, to ensure the full combustion of the gas; the chamber is made of steel, the inner chamber is sprayed black matte background, the observation window is large, and the imported high-precision digital display is adopted, which ensures the accurate detection.
