What is PVD Bead Blasted ?

Bead Blasted, named Sand Blasted as well, is a quite popular matte finish products, it’s the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against the stainless steel surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface to obtain the matte finish. It is a non-directional finish that is uniformly textured and low gloss.

Stainless steel coil packaging and loading

We will use the packingpaper against the customers need. And if the shipping is over 10days or have special climate we will use waterproof packing and add aplastic film to prevent from the water,moisture and rusting.
Packing in the container:we use the woodenpallet,triangularwood to fixthecoil,and the steel wireropetoholdonon the bothside. That can prevent from the crushin juryef fectively.
In addition,we can also provide special container according to customer needs.
