• How do I check my order status?

A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using the tracking number provided in the email.

• What to do in case of a wrong/defective product?

In case you receive a wrong or defective product, Poprun will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize a parcel expedition, at no extra cost.

Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies with our return policy.

Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds. Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.

Repeated writing tests were also taken place to ensure that each piece of paper is suitable for writing and ink resistant. Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel on.
