Crane Pulley Block Introduction:

The pulley block is one of the important load-bearing parts of the crane. Crane Pulley Block Features:

The fixed pulley block is completely different from the traditional bridge crane fixed pulley block structure. It is a spatial arrangement component connected to the beam of the trolley. It is always fixed in the beam of the trolley, and does not change with the lifting and lowering of the hook.

Material of pulley:

The material of pulley is generally HT15-33 cast iron, and ZG35Ⅱ cast steel is often used for grab buckets and cranes for special purposes. In order to improve the efficiency of the pulley block and improve the conditions of use, the bearings of the pulley are all rolling bearings.
