Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis System 300TPH RO Desalination Machine
What is Brackish Water Desalination System?
The brackish water desalination device is a water treatment device
that combines the principles of reverse osmosis technology and
micro-computer technology and mechatronics technology. The
desalination of brackish water is actually the desalination of salt
water, so that the salt water is desalinated or desalinated or
reaches the drinking water standard after treatment. Can be
personalized according to the actual needs of users, using more
advanced back pressure technology, can save users a lot of
operating costs and equipment technical costs.

Working Process of Brackish Water Desalination System
raw water tank(buyer provided)→ raw water pump→ quartz sand filter→ activated carbon filter→ anti-scale dosing system→ security filter→ high pressure pump→ ro system→ pure water tank(buyer provided) + UV sterilizer(ozone generator) + water supply point
How a Reverse Osmosis System Works?
Reverse osmosis (R/O) is a water treatment process in which water
is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that has very small
holes or "pores". RO performs a separation without a phase change.
Thus, the energy requirements are low.RO systems are compact, and
space requirements are less than with other desalting systems, e.g.
distillation.
Reverse Osmosis works by using a high pressure pump to increase the
pressure on the salt side of the RO and force the water across the
semi-permeable RO membrane, leaving almost all (around 95% to 99%)
of dissolved salts behind in the reject stream.
Reverse Osmosis System Pretreatment
1. Pre-treatment of raw water to improve the water quality of the
water supply to meet the requirements of reverse osmosis water,
reduce and delay membrane fouling and prolong membrane life. The
pretreatment objects are mainly microorganisms, bacteria, colloids,
organic matter and heavy metal ions in the influent water, solid
particles and free chlorine. To meet the requirements of the
reverse osmosis unit water supply, the reverse osmosis unit can be
operated stably for a long time. It consists of a sand filter, a
carbon filter, a water softener and a security filter.
2. Quartz sand filter:
Its main function is to filter out impurities such as suspended
solids and colloids in water, and reduce the SDI (contamination
index density) value of raw water.
3. Activated carbon filter:
has a dual role, one is adsorption, and the other is filtration. It
removes residual chlorine, chemical organic matter, heavy metals,
color, odor, etc. in tap water to improve the taste.
4. Resin water softener:
It adopts the principle of ion exchange to replace the calcium and
magnesium ions in the raw water to remove the hardness of the raw
water.
5. Precision (security) filter: 5 micron PPF filter, intercepting
objects larger than 5 microns, extending the life of the membrane.
