Ultrafiltration water treatment system is a process of separating suspended macromolecules from wastewater by membrane and differential pressure. This separation method is used in industry and research to purify and concentrate macromolecule (103-106 Da) solutions, especially protein solutions.
The ultrafiltration process is dynamic filtration and the separation is done in flow state. The solute deposits only on the surface of the membrane, and the ultrafiltration rate attenuates to a certain extent and tends to equilibrium, which can be recovered by cleaning.
